M-Fuel

 

 

EcoloCap Solutions Inc., through its subsidiary Micro Bubble Technologies Inc. (MBT), developed and manufactures M-Fuel, an innovative suspension fuel that far exceeds all conventional fuels’ costs and efficiencies.  This environmentally-friendly and economical product is designed to offer fully scalable and customizable fuel solutions that will increase efficiency, lower operating costs, and reduce emissions.  

M -Fuel is a suspension mixture of 70% heavy oil, 28%  water, and a 02% stabilizing additive.  The production of M-Fuel takes place in our Nano Processing Units (NPU), a self contained device that is sized for output.  The NPU’s can be configured to operate in conjunction with an engine or burner to sully M-Fuel on demand, or pre-manufactured for delivery.

Each NPU consists of three primary components: fuel intake, water intake and a blending chamber, or Nano Generating Unit (NGU).  The fuel intake can process all heavy oils, including diesel, bunker, bio-fuel, contaminated waste oils, and used cooking oils, while the water intake is capable of processing any type of contaminated water that is free of particulate matter.  Both fuel and water flow separately, in predetermined ratios, into the NPU which utilizes a patented combine these elements on a sub-micron level.  As the water molecules are electrolyzed  the oil is broken down into sub-micron bubbles, with each bubble absorbing an individual molecule of water.

Our proprietary stabilizing additive then coats the molecules, giving them a negative charge, allowing them to quickly disperse within the combustion chamber, after delivery to the engine or burner via the output module.  At the nano level, oil molecules are a diameter of less than 0.5 micron and have 10,000 to 20,000 times greater surface area of a normal aspirated oil particle.  This magnified contact surface area between fuel and air allows the micro oil droplets to burn more completely.  When those oil droplets are burned, they release trapped H and O2, creating a secondary burn, producing only water vapor.  The formation of this water vapor cools the burn, reducing the production of NOx. 

M-Fuels unique burning process facilitates increased efficiency, resulting in reduced emissions.  NPU’s are scalable and customizable, can be implemented without modifying existing equipment, and can be installed with little to no down time.  This products diverse applications range from lawnmower motors to supertanker engines and will provide heavy oil consumers with numerous economical and environmental benefits.
